The phthalocyanine blue water-based color paste for hydrophilic aluminum foil coloring mainly uses water-soluble epoxy resin, thermosetting acrylic acid and the like as carriers and functional additives to color the surface layer of aluminum foil and other metal sheets (roller coating 220 ℃, 40s, coating film thickness 0.5~0.6um) to decorate and protect the surface layer. It is required to have a certain color, strong acid and alkali resistance, light and weather resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, etc. The surface of the coating film should have good hydrophilicity and water resistance.

In the formulation design, we should not only consider the matching of HLB value, but also analyze the special performance. To this end, the selection of anionic dispersant and organic polymer copolymer and other additives to mix to the selected pigment slurry. And the fineness of the slurry is strictly controlled.
